SPECIALISED TRAINING


TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING -

Sessions solely done with the TRX Suspension Trainer utilise this unique training style to develop stronger core, specialised exercise knowledge in the set up and use of a suspension trainer allowing you added freedom when training on the road. 


OLYMPIC LIFTING -

 Sessions working on the art of Olympic lifting in these sessions you will work on your foundational lifts - Clean & Jerk / Snatch with a focus on technique and progressing your lifts. Training in this method gives you greater Strength/Power/Flexibility helping you become Stronger and Faster. Clients also receive an Olympic Lifting Programme so they can progress there lifts in between sessions. A must have product for anyone looking to take there sport more seriously. 


LIFE COACHING -

 With the world the way it is in this day and age life can create many boundaries for us within our personal life and training. With Life Coaching sessions you work with your coach to develop SMART GOALS to try and overcome these boundaries and help you make healthier and happier life choices.
