Working on the art of Olympic lifting. In these sessions you will work on your foundational lifts - Clean & Jerk / Snatch with a focus on technique and progressing your lifts.
Training in this method gives you greater Strength/Power/Flexibility helping you become Stronger and Faster.
Clients also receive an Olympic Lifting Programme so they can progress there lifts in between sessions. A must have product for anyone looking to take there sport more seriously
