Everyone who has ever trained has had something come up. It is a simple part of life and life get in the way sometimes. You will not be judged for taking some time off by others so you shouldn’t judge yourself. 


  • RE-EVALUATE

Maybe your coming back from an injury or maybe a pregnancy or maybe you just fell off the wagon for a few months.

Now is the time to reevaluate what it is you want and set yourself some new goals.


maybe you still want the “main goal” that you wanted before but you the SMART system to set yourself short, mid and long term goals and you will be more likely to stick to it this time!


  • ENJOY YOUR TRAINING

Most people stop there training because they dont enjoy it. training should not be a chore so pick something that you enjoy, specific workout, specific excericies that you enjoy to help you bring back the enjoyment of exercise 


  • FIND A FRIEND

A training partner can be unbelievably helpful when training! it could be your best friend, partner or a personal trainer.

Having someone that you can rely on to help pick you up when your feeling low, push you hard to help you progress and most importantly keep you adherent so that you stick to coming to training.

  • POSITIVE CIRCLES 

surround yourself with positive people and things. Sometimes its easy to get wrapped up in life’s negative pressures and that can make any one of us feel low in mood and motivation.

surround yourself in a positive circle though your friends and keep your mood up.
